Enrolment procedure

All candidates that want to study at Albanian HEIs have to fulfil the average grades as decided on the Minister’s Council Decision (MCD) and will be evaluated as following:

Criterion of Credit (average MCD).
The criterion of importance (the coefficient of the profile designated for the school where it comes from, as it belongs to compliance with the fields and programs of the study of the HEIs).
Predetermined quotas on the part of HEIs.

Selection of winner candidates (F) in first cycle study programs: “Bachelor” will be the result of the formula:

F = { (Average MCD * Profile Coefficient * 0.9) + {Elective subject * 0.1}

where:

Average MCD = (overall high school average + average state’s matura)/2
